Management Board member Stefan Rensinghoff leaves Investkredit Bank AG
Stefan Rensinghoff leaves the Investkredit Bank AG at his own request. Rensinghoff had been IK’s Management Board member since 1.November 2009 and among other things responsible for corporate banking and corporate finance. ‘I came from Germany to Vienna last November, in order to make a substantial contribution to the future developments of Investkredit. There has been a change in conditions due to of the recent decision about the combination of VBAG and IK. Therefore, I would like to set myself new challenges’, says Rensinghoff.
VBAG’s CEO and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Investkredit Bank AG Gerald Wenzel accepted this decision, thanked Stefan Rensinghoff for the work he had done and wished him all the best for the future. Rensinghoff resigned as a member of the board per 1 July, 2010. He handed over his responsibilities and is available for consultations until the end of the year, if needed.
